This site was originally a disused railway embankment land, which sloped down to the railway track. This was a very complex and challenging site to gain planning permission due to various planning complications. However, due to our planning and engineering team’s expertise we were able to design a building which could unlock the full potential of this site.

The planning permission granted allowed for a mixed-use scheme containing residential commercial use. The site is spread across basement and three floors.
